STANDBY APPOINTMENTS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Just like airlines who sell standby seats at knock down rates to those who are prepared to take a chance at the last minute. We do the same with our Full Cut and Style Dry service. Each day we will allocate a number of standby appointments, if any are available. A price will be quoted to you at the time of booking and prices start at £15.

If you want a morning appointment you must call us the day before, 1 hour before close of business and ask if there are any STANDBY appointments for the following morning....OR phone us first thing in the morning. There is no guarantee of standby appointments on any day. We will not announce standby appointments any earlier than 1 hour before close of business so please don't ask.

If you want an afternoon appointment you must call after 1.00pm and remember to quote STANDBY. Again there are no guarantees and we will not announce any stand bys before 1.00pm.

Our Price and Availabilty system is very strict and as such you cannot request a specific stylist. We will not be able to tell you who your stylist will be as that may be subject to change but we can guarantee your appointment will be at the time and price quoted to you and that the stylist is fully qualified and experienced.
