At SHB we are dedicated to providing the very best service possible and that means we need to make sure that our stylists are at the forefront of hair cutting, styling and colouring techniques and our Beauty Therapists are fully trained and qualified to perform the services we offer.

At SHB we have an ongoing educational program which all of our stylists take part in. Some stylists have been to TIGI for advanced cutting courses that are aimed at the more modern styles and some of our stylists have been to GHD for Hair Up and Wedding Hair courses. They each bring back with them new skills which are passed on to everybody else. We also have 'in salon' training days with TIGI and GHD and Goldwell which keep us up to the minute with the latest products and styling tools.

We also have an 'in house' program with our colour provider Goldwell and prescriptive product range KMS California. In house training involves both theoretical and practical training to ensure that all of our stylists are up to date with the latest colouring techniques and are completely familiar with our entire product ranges enabling them to advise and recommend specific products for particular hair types, styles and conditions.

Our Beauty Therapists attend regular training sessions with Dermalogica and also constantly research our services to ensure that they are able to provide the most professional service possible.
